Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
The estimated delivery time is typically 5 – 20 business days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

· You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

· Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

· Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (unless otherwise stated).

· Opened products can still be returned if they are in like-new condition.

Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

· You may cancel an order before it has been shipped, free of charge.

· Orders that are cancelled after shipping and returned to our warehouse will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and handling costs.

· The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Return Shipping:

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

· We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
